Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LED Frames Mirror website and any enquiry, quotation, order or support request made through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms as applied by the operator, Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd, on behalf of LED Frames Mirror.

1. Website access and acceptable use

This website is provided for homeowners, interior designers, contractors and other lawful users seeking information about LED-lit mirrors, related services and project support. You must use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overburden or impair our systems, or interfere with another person’s use of the site.

You may not use the site to send false enquiries, unlawful content, malware, unsolicited commercial messages or any material that is defamatory, abusive or infringing. We may suspend or block access where misuse is suspected, including repeated automated scraping, unauthorised access attempts or any conduct that creates risk for our users or operations.

  • Use the site only for genuine product and service enquiries.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer or interfere with site content or code.
  • Do not submit incorrect site measurements or electrical details if they are intended to mislead.

2. Quotations, pricing and project information

Any quotation, estimate or product detail provided through the website, through our contact form or by phone is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change where measurements, electrical requirements, finishes, mirror sizes, installation conditions or transport factors differ from the original enquiry.

Prices are normally stated in Rand and may exclude or include VAT depending on the written quotation. Site conditions in Pinetown, Durban, Umhlanga, Ballito, Hillcrest, Westville, Durban North and elsewhere can affect lead time and installation cost, especially where access is limited, wall preparation is needed, or the property has load-shedding backup systems that affect electrical connection work.

  • Quoted lead times are estimates, not guarantees, unless confirmed in writing.
  • Custom mirrors, replacement parts and special finishes may require advance payment.
  • Measurements supplied by the customer must be checked on site before manufacture or installation where required.

3. Orders, installation and site conditions

An order only becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing by the company and any required deposit has been received. Installation services, including mirror installation, electrical connection, demister servicing and vanity upgrades, depend on safe and suitable site conditions. The customer is responsible for providing access to the property, secure parking where possible, and accurate information about walls, power points and bathroom layout.

Where an installation involves electrical work, the customer must ensure that the relevant supply is available and that the installation area complies with applicable municipal and safety requirements. If concealed wiring, damaged walls, damp conditions or unsafe access are discovered, we may postpone the job until the issue is resolved. A small delay may occur if additional parts or labour are needed, and we will advise accordingly.

4. Product care, warranty and aftercare

Our mirrors and LED components should be used and maintained in accordance with the care instructions supplied with the product or confirmed during handover. Exposure to excess moisture, harsh cleaning chemicals, physical impact or unauthorised repair work can shorten the life of the product and may affect any warranty claim.

Aftercare support is provided for reasonable product queries, LED component repairs and demister servicing within the stated warranty or service period, if applicable. Normal wear, accidental damage, electrical faults outside our work scope and damage caused by incorrect use are excluded unless the law requires otherwise. We may inspect the product before confirming whether a repair, replacement or service adjustment is appropriate.

5. Intellectual property and website content

All text, product descriptions, photographs, layouts, drawings, icons and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to the operator or the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied, republished, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You may view the site for personal or business reference, and you may share links to the website where the context is honest and lawful. However, you may not present our content as your own, remove notices, or use images and copy in a way that misrepresents our products, services or project experience.

6. Liability, privacy and updates to these terms

While we take care to keep the site accurate and current, information may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on outdated content, interrupted access, third party acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

Personal information shared through the website, through our contact form or by telephone is handled for quoting, sales, installation planning, aftercare and related business purposes. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to practical contact about your request. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, and the latest version applies when posted on the site. If you continue using the website after an update, that use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
