How We Work in the Team
At LED Frames Mirror, the work is hands-on and customer focused. We measure on site, coordinate with fit-out teams, handle mirror installations, and help with electrical connection, demister servicing and aftercare. Our jobs often involve homes, guest houses, apartments and renovation sites, so a calm manner and tidy work ethic matter every day.
We are based in Pinetown and support projects in Durban North, Umhlanga, Ballito, Hillcrest, Westville and beyond. Because many of our clients need reliable turnaround times, we look for people who can manage time well and communicate clearly with homeowners, designers and contractors.
Roles We Commonly Hire For
We do not keep a fixed vacancy list on this page, but we regularly consider CVs for practical roles across the business. If your experience matches one of these areas, send us your details and tell us where you can add value.
- Installation and site support for mirror fitting and finishing
- Electrical connection and technical support for LED components and demisters
- Sales and client service for homeowners, designers and project teams
- Operations and coordination for scheduling, logistics and follow up
- Design assistance for custom mirror sizes, layouts and specs
What We Look For
We value people who arrive on time, keep sites neat and handle customers respectfully. Experience in bathroom fit-outs, lighting, joinery, glass handling or electrical work is useful, but attitude matters just as much. If you can work carefully in finished spaces and solve small problems without drama, you may fit in well here.
- Good communication in English, and Afrikaans or isiZulu is a plus
- Comfortable working in homes and active building sites
- Attention to detail with clean edges, level fitting and proper sealing
- Willingness to learn product care, wiring basics and site safety
- Ability to work in coastal conditions where humidity can affect materials
Where Your Work Makes a Difference
Our products are used daily, so the standard of the final finish really matters. A mirror that is mounted level, wired correctly and fitted with care makes a bathroom easier to use and nicer to live with. In KwaZulu-Natal, we also keep load-shedding and moisture in mind when advising on fittings, and that practical approach carries through every role in the company.
If you enjoy seeing a job through from measurement to installation and follow-up, you will understand the kind of work we do. Many of our projects are for repeat clients and referrals, so good service is not optional. It is part of the job.
Send Your CV to the Right Place
To apply, send your CV through our contact form. Please include a short note with your name, contact number, the town you are based in, and the role area you are interested in. If you have certificates, driver details, trade references or a portfolio of previous work, attach those too.
If you are applying for site, electrical or installation work, mention the areas you can travel to, such as Pinetown, Durban North, Umhlanga, Ballito, Hillcrest or Westville. For office-based or support roles, tell us about your experience with scheduling, customer service or project coordination.
Why People Stay With Us
We are a South African family-run style team with clear responsibilities and real accountability. People who do well here usually like order, practical problem-solving and working with a small group that pulls together on busy weeks. There is variety in the work, from a single mirror replacement to larger bulk project supply for fit-outs nationwide.
If that sounds like the kind of environment you want, send through your CV. We review applications as they come in and keep strong profiles on file for future opportunities.
